“The guy who was there in check in time was very weird. We went to Hyatt in Florida but also out of USA and we never faced this. He was telling me I have to pay a 50$ deposit which is very understandable, some hotels have this policy we get it, but he was telling me if you take stuff from hotels 🙄 he could say it’s for a damage deposit. What would we even take from the hotel? This is very rude, very disrespectful stuff and we never faced that situation. ”
“We could not have been happier with our stay, the staff, room, facilities and the overall hotel - it was great. We were well looked after from the moment we got there, always greeted with a smile when we arrived no matter the time of day/night and the staff were always happy to help whenever we had a query.
